Housekeeping associates you are responsible for maintaining highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest experience in hotels.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces following established procedures and standards. This includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when supplies are running low.
- Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
- Document room status and work performed in hotel management systems. Report lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with fellow housekeeping associates and other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate any special requests or requirements from guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Respect guests' privacy and ensure the security of their belongings during cleaning and room servicing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
