**Job Summary**:
The Room Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. This role ensures that all spaces meet the cleanliness standards of the hotel and provides guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as required.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean mirrors, windows, and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Refill housekeeping trolleys with supplies and ensure all tools are clean and in working condition.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within the assigned time frame.
- Assist with laundry operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping pantries.
- Greet guests politely and respond to their requests or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Follow health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and be on feet for long periods.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standing and moving for extended periods.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and various environmental conditions.
- May require lifting and moving heavy items such as linen bags or furniture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
