Website: http://www.amsysis.com Key Responsibilities Quoting & Pricing Prepare and manage customer quotes for hardware, software, and services using vendor portals and pricing tools. Work with vendors and distributors to obtain competitive pricing, availability, and lead times. Ensure accuracy in configurations, SKUs, and discounts before quote submission. Sales Coordination Coordinate between account managers, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless order processing. Track quote status, follow up with customers for feedback or revisions, and assist in converting quotes to purchase orders. Track orders and ETA's Maintain detailed records of quotes, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Customer Support Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product information requests, and quote follow-ups. Support account managers with customer presentations, proposal documents, and RFP responses. Vendor & Partner Collaboration Liaise with vendor representatives (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Palo Alto, etc.) for pricing programs, deal registrations, and special bids. Track renewals, maintenance, and license expirations to generate proactive renewal quotes. Reporting & Administration Generate regular reports on quote activity, win/loss analysis, and order pipeline. Assist sales leadership in forecasting and revenue tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, quoting, or sales operations (preferably in IT or technology industry). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems. Familiarity with vendor portals (Cisco Commerce Workspace, Dell Premier, Ingram Micro, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Attributes Experience working with public sector (SLED) or enterprise customers. Knowledge of IT products, licensing models, and partner programs. Customer-centric attitude with proactive problem-solving skills.
