Develop and implement a comprehensive IT R D roadmap aligned with the organization s overall business strategy and objectives - Identify emerging technologies and market trends assess their potential impact and formulate strategies for their adoption - Lead the prioritization and allocation of resources for IT R D projects Innovation Research - Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the IT R D team - Conduct research and explore new technologies including cloud computing artificial intelligence automation and other relevant domain by working with Center Of Excellence as needed - Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into actionable R D projects Project Management and Delivery - Drive the entire IT R D project lifecycle from ideation to implementation and post-launch evaluation - Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively - Mitigate risks and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions Team Management - Build and lead a high-performing IT R D team with diverse expertise and skillsets - Provide guidance mentorship and coaching to team members to facilitate their professional development - Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team Production Support and Continuous Improvement - Provide direction and oversight for the production support team ensuring efficient and timely resolution of production issues - Collaborate with the production support team to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize production processes and infrastructure - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes capabilities and performance within the R D division Communication Collaboration - Effectively communicate the vision strategies and progress of IT R D initiatives to various stakeholders including senior management business units and technical teams - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful integration of new technologies and solutions Vendor Management - Evaluate and select third-party vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related products and services Negotiate contracts manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor performance Budgeting and Resource Allocation - Develop and manage the infrastructure budget including capital expenditures operating expenses and project costs Allocate resources effectively to ensure that infrastructure projects are prioritized and funded appropriately Cost Management and Optimization -
