Overview
We’re hiring a results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to lead early talent and strategic hiring for PepsiCo India Business Unit (India BU). You will manage campus programs, deliver high-quality candidate experiences, and drive execution of key hiring initiatives for interns, graduate hires, and selected professional roles in partnership with the HBS team.
This role focuses on Campus hiring, summer internships, and flagship programs aligned to PepsiCo’s global KPIs around turnaround time, candidate experience, and diversity.
Responsibilities
Early Talent & Campus Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring for interns, GETs, and MTs across India BU functions and also drive PepsiCo Flagship Engagement Program
- Own relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 campuses and ensure preferred slotting
- Drive PepsiCo presence via Leadership Talks, Guest Lectures, Case Challenges, Live Projects, etc.
Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
- Deliver the India BU EVP Campus calendar in partnership with the AMESA & Global campus COE teams
- Curate campus and digital content aligned to PepsiCo’s employer brand and EVP messaging
- Leverage social platforms and explore new-age attraction methods to stay competitive
Stakeholder Partnership
- Work with India BU HRBPs and business managers to understand demand and align hiring timelines
- Provide status updates, resolve bottlenecks, and manage hiring manager expectations
- Serve as point of contact for all India BU-specific Early Talent requirements
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Ensure high-touch candidate communication during hiring and onboarding
- Support intern induction, surveys, feedback cycles, and engagement sessions
- Track intern-to-full-time conversion metrics and readiness
Systems & Governance
- Use tools like PepHire, ICIMS, and digital interview platforms to drive campus hiring excellence
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers, dashboards, and ensure audit readiness
Qualifications
- Full Time - MBA/PG in Human Resources, from Tier 1 MBA institute
- 3–5 years of TA experience, preferably in early talent, campus hiring
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders and campus partners
- Strong execution and coordination skills with an eye for candidate experience
- Familiarity with ATS tools and digital hiring platforms
- Please note that this role involves 40-50% travel
