Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat at our back office for a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for daily service coordination tasks including scheduling, dispatching service technicians, and tracking service requests along with AMC and renewal contracts. The role involves managing operations, ensuring timely service delivery, handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and maintaining service records.

- Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Experience in the weighing and analytical instruments industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
