Position Overview:

We are looking to hire an Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a very unique role in that supports global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. The team recruits across multiple skills and domains This role is based from our Bangalore and offers flexibility to be based in the office or hybrid model.

Position Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, activities include but are not limited to technology role and functional roles

- Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure hiring targets are met

- Drive intake process for new positions and assist with requisition management activities

- Drive external sourcing activity for all aligned requisitions and maintain strong external candidate funnels. This includes applicant review, candidate referrals, and sourcing via external tools

- Lead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review, hand-off to GTA lead) while creating a strong candidate experience

- Create and foster a deep business relationship with hiring managers and other business leaders

- Responsible for high level of data integrity on all administrative processes

- Collaborate with leadership on sourcing support as needed

- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.

- Promote the employer brand through creative job postings, social media campaigns, and employee referral programs.

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor strategies.

- Recommend innovative recruitment approaches to attract passive talent.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- 5 to 8 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing with exposure to both technology and functional hiring

- 4 to 5 years of core recruitment experience

- Experience of talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.

- Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets.

- Always people first focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and recruitment metrics for decision-making.

- Passionate about delivering top candidate experience and building a strong employer brand.

- Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships.

- Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset.

- Understands the value of data to inform decision making.

- Solid communicator, fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Culturally aware comfortable working across many geographies

- Ability to influence at all levels

- Business Acumen

- Market Intelligence

- Digital literacy, values technology

- cExperience using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential

- Exposure to campus hiring

Typical Education & Experience:

- Typically, 5 to 8 years of related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required.

This position offers relocation within India.
