We at InnoLogic Lab believes in constructive impact of technology intervention on the economy and society worldwide We are in an era of innovation and entrepreneurship Thoughtful minds are visualizing how the world will shape up for next few decades Our aspiration is to be a key contributor in this process and be among preferred Information Technology partners for people and organizations that have enterprising ambitions to realize We are an India based company headquartered at Gurgaon Our core team comprises of extremely energized IT professionals possessing competence in IT consulting software solutions and software product development We are fully equipped to architect develop and partner through its lifecycle for an IT solution on state-of-the-art technologies Web Mobile Analytics and Cloud The RoleYou will be responsible for Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling emailing and other lead generation activities Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale Maintaining and updating the lead generation database Achieving weekly monthly targets as set out by the business Ideal Profile MBA in Marketing or Sales or a graduate in Software Engineering with relevant experience Good knowledge of sales cycle specifically for software products and services You have at least 4 years experience ideally in Inside Sales Sales Development Representative or Product Marketing within IT industry You have a proven track record of meeting exceeding your targets You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are a strong networker relationship builder You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments What s on Offer Competitive Salary and Bonuses
