Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As an Area Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our presence in the agricultural sector Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals setting sales targets and ensuring the team s success You will also collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with the overall business objectives Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the agricultural market effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns Provide regular performance feedback to the sales team and identify areas for improvement Conduct sales training and development programs to enhance the team s skills Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations to senior management Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or a related field is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in the agricultural industry Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required Strong networking skills and a well-established network in the agricultural sector Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
