Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive growth by
identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals
that contribute to our company's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B/B2C sales opportunities to grow the user/customer base.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential partners, and areas of expansion.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and events.
Deliver compelling presentations and demos to potential clients and partners.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Report on sales metrics and pipeline updates regularly to leadership.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
24 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital outreach, and market research.
