THE ROLE The Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team provides expert-level support to clients using Temenos products, including those in the implementation phase as well as live customers. PACS manages all client support requests, ensuring seamless product experience and client satisfaction. The Finance Manager - Premium Support will be responsible for overseeing financial operations related to Premium Support services. This role requires a strategic approach to budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize financial processes and mitigate risks. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health of the Premium Support team while driving efficiency and revenue optimization. We work on Hybrid (3 working days from office and 2 days from home). Seeking candidates available to join within 30 to 45 days OPPORTUNITIES - You will Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting for Premium Support revenue - You will Track, review, and invoice Premium Support services to ensure accurate financial reporting - You will be incharge of Stakeholder Communication: Act as a financial liaison between Premium Support and other departments - You will Ensure no revenue loss in Premium Support by providing required support in terms of contract finalization and providing the right resources at the right time - You will do Resource planning to align financial strategies with business objectives - You will Coordinate with the Finance Controller and his team to reconcile monthly revenue and maintain financial accuracy - You will Negotiate and finalize contracts to optimize financial agreements - You will Generate monthly financial reports to provide insights into revenue trends and financial performance - You will Identify and manage financial risks to safeguard revenue streams - You will Look into Process Improvement: Implement financial process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy - You will Look into Performance Metrics & KPIs: Establish and monitor financial performance indicators to track success Skills - Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Accountant (Inter) qualification - Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a strategic or managerial role.
