Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - Medical Equipment Finance, based in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of financial products in the medical equipment sector, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications - Strong knowledge and experience in sales and business development, particularly in medical equipment finance - Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets - Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable working on-site in Chennai and traveling for client meetings as needed - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
