About the Role:
Talentiser is seeking a results-driven professional to lead our Partnerships and Alliances function. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and engage potential business partners to drive revenue growth.
- Prospect for new clients, conduct market research, and establish key relationships.
- Lead negotiations, close business deals, and develop compelling sales pitches.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.
- Organize client meetings and performance reviews.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:
- Attend industry events, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement campaigns and services to enhance business growth.
Sales & Performance Management:
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales data within CRM and generate regular reports.
- Forecast sales performance and implement strategies to exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
