Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with over 5 years of experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting our services, and closing deals to contribute to the company's overall business expansion. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the software and IT services domain. - Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking and client meetings. - Present software solutions and services to prospective clients clearly and professionally. - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. - Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. - Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities. - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups. Skills Required - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability in selling software products or IT services. - Strong understanding of software development processes, SaaS, or IT service models. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools. - Strong client-handling, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. - Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. - Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the software industry. - Experience in IT services, SaaS solutions, or software product sales is preferred. Location: Kochi Salary Range: 30,000 50,000 per month
