About the Role:We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst (1–2 years experience) who loves turning ideas into clear requirements and quick prototypes. You’ll work closely with founders, developers, and designers to shape products, validate features, and keep things moving fast. Bonus if you can spin up wireframes or screen flows using AI tools to bring concepts to life in minutes.What You’ll Do:- Talk to stakeholders, break down needs, and translate them into user stories & workflows.- Draft quick mockups/wireframes using AI or design tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).- Work side-by-side with devs & testers to clarify requirements and ship features faster.- Jump into UAT, gather feedback, and help close the loop quickly.- Suggest smarter, faster ways of working — process hacks are welcomeWhat We’re Looking For:- 1–2 years of BA experience in tech/software projects.- Strong grip on Agile/Scrum and SDLC basics.- Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.- Curiosity for AI tools that speed up documentation, workflows, and design.- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity.- Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves.
