Responsibilities - Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. - Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. - Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. - Act as a bridge between business teams, developers, and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements. Requirement - Candidates with 1+ year's prior experience in Business Analyst. - Strong analytical and project costing skills. - Familiar with Agile methodologies - Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Proficient in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Excel, JIRA). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
