JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. This role plays a crucial part in helping our company make informed choices based on data analysis.REPORTINGTo the Co-Founder & CEO with a dotted line reporting to the VP-Engineering.Key Responsibilities:Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.Prepare data visualizations to communicate findings to various stakeholders.Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.Generate reports and presentations for management and other departments.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.EXPECTATIONSThe candidate must be a mid level executive within a NBFC or FinTech company, with a thorough understanding of digital lending.The candidate must have robust accounting knowledge with skills in using accounting software and Google Sheets.Knowledge of any ‘LMS’ tool is a plusThe candidate must be currently residing in Mumbai.Note: This is a full-time leadership role with a work-from-office schedule.
