Sales Manager

The manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth through target-based sales strategies client meetings lead generation and closing deals This position offers competitive incentives based on achieving targets and fostering strong client relationships Responsibilities 1 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets 2 Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction industry 3 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty 4 Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients 5 Prepare and negotiate proposals contracts and agreements with clients 6 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts 7 Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities 8 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review 9 Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 2 Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the construction industry 3 Strong understanding of construction products materials and industry trends 4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams 5 Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction 6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 7 Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as needed Salary Based on Experience and Knowledge Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Language English Preferred Work Location In person
