About the role:
We're looking for a skilled professional who will overlook the marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention. This role combines strategic campaign planning with hands-on execution, focusing on multi-channel marketing automation, lead generation and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation:
- Build an in-depth understanding of Livspace product offerings, customer persona and our in-house CRM system to formulate and execute various marketing campaigns
- Implement and optimize end-to-end campaign automation workflows, including creative briefings, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push notifications.
- Oversee always-on campaign and targeted efforts to maintain consistent engagement and drive lead qualification.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Maintain and segment the marketing database for targeted campaigns
- Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and booking rates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
Journey Optimization:
- Work with data teams to analyse the effectiveness of lead acquisition and engagement campaigns and the impact they have on end-to-end customer experience.
- Deploy pilot initiatives and tests to explore new growth opportunities and improve lead generation, conversion metrics across the funnel.
Content Development
- Work with the content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for lead nurturing campaigns.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Create and manage targeted content strategies for different customer segments, ensuring message relevance and effectiveness through hyper-personalization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in campaign management and marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and multi-channel campaign tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp, browser push notifications)
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and optimization
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
