Marketing Cloud Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing will enable you to translate marketing objectives into scalable campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, onboarding, and retention goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM segmentation, personalization, and real-time messaging strategies. You will set up triggered communications and drip workflows based on user lifecycle, app behavior, and transactional triggers. Additionally, you will maintain campaign calendars, conduct quality assurance testing, and manage data flows across integrated systems.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong analytical and QA skills, proficiency in campaign reporting and attribution models, and excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing with at least 3 years in SFMC-specific roles.
  • Proven experience deploying automated, multi-touch campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SFMC modules, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
  • Working knowledge of AMP script, SQL, and data extensions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer).
  • Experience in EdTech or consumer-facing industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and mobile-first engagement strategies.
