People Management - Lead and develop a 5-member specialized team. Candidate Profile Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: 8–10 years in export commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder engagement. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Sales target adherence. Gross margin optimization. Reduction in AR days. Cost efficiency (SVC, Opex). Customer satisfaction (NPS, dispatch adherence). Compliance adherence. Digital project execution.
