HiKindly find the Job Description of Customer Support Executive :About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer service, manage leads, coordinate purchases, and support order-topayment processes. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and ownership of tasks from initiation to closure.Key Responsibilities• Customer Engagement & Support1. Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls (inbound/outbound).2. Provide timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.• Procurement Coordination3. Manage purchase orders from Agkem as per approved price list.4. Complete PO creation, GRN entries, and put-away processes in the system.• Lead & Pipeline Management5. Follow up on active leads and nurture them to closure.6. Generate and update new leads in Zoho, in coordination with sales managers.7. Escalate high-value opportunities to HODs for strategic action.• Reorder & Retention8. Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers for reorders and product updates.• Call Tracking & Reporting9. Execute 100 daily calls (as per direction) and update outcomes in Zoho.10. Share fortnightly consolidated performance reports with management.• Order & Payment Processing11. Create draft orders on Shopify and coordinate timely payments.12.
