Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at ManipalCigna Health Insurance, based in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its Brokers & customers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and Partner engagement, addressing client's and partner's questions and concerns, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The individual will also provide detailed product education and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the overall experience. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop lasting Partner relationships. - Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with a target-driven mindset. - Understanding of the health insurance domain, products, and services, including personal accident and critical illness coverage. - Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple partners and tasks effectively. - Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and actively engage with clients in person. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Understanding of market trends and benchmarking to identify new business opportunities is a plus.
