Raasta, a leading nightlife destination in Ludhiana, is looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to handle client interactions, close bookings, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of consumer psychology within the F&B and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle qualified enquiries passed on by the Sales Executives.

* Proactively engage with prospects, schedule meetings, and drive conversions.

* Secure bookings for the outlet by understanding client needs and offering suitable packages.

* Maintain accurate and real-time records of all interactions in the CRM system.

* Work towards achieving the revenue target of closing 50 percent of screened/qualified leads.

Required Skillset:

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong analytical abilities and logical reasoning.

* Ability to conduct root cause analysis for customer issues or sales gaps.

* Understanding of consumer behavior and the psychological aspects of the buying process.

* Proficiency in Excel.

* Experience working with CRM systems.

* Basic knowledge of food costing and ability to determine offer pricing to maximize revenue.

Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week
