Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Relationship Manager to lead business development and client relationship initiatives for mutual fund investment products. The role involves managing and growing a network of partners and investors, achieving sales targets, and delivering superior client servicing across channels.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of mutual fund products through clients.
- Achieve business targets for AUM growth, new client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Identify and onboard high-net-worth investors.
- Conduct regular sales presentations, product training sessions, and market updates for investors, clients & partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and investor behavior to identify opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners and investors.
- Provide partners with timely information on product performance, new launches, and regulatory changes.
- Support clients in portfolio reviews, investment planning, and rebalancing decisions.
- Ensure prompt resolution of partner and client queries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic & Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, compliance) to support sales efforts.
Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline reports, and performance tracking.
Contribute to strategic business planning and regional growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Demat & Trading Accounts, Bonds, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Team management.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for financial markets.
- Analytical ability to assess clients' financial goals and recommend solutions.
- Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term relationship building.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Certification mandatory.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in mutual funds, wealth management, or financial product distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and AUM growth targets.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund schemes, market dynamics, and investment products.
