What you will work on: ● Graduate with experience in handling unsecured business loans through DSA and open market. ● Building DSA relationship , Responsible for coordinating with DSA and acquire new customers ● Proactively pursue and build new channel partners ● To facilitate end to end processing of proposals from origination, approval and disbursals ● Keep check on process and compliance ● Meet and exceed KPIs and targets The ideal candidate: ● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the queries. ● Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills Qualification and Experience: ● +2 years experience in the DSA department with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech. ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputed institute
