About the Role
We are looking for a motivated On-field Sales Representative (Area Sales Manager) to drive sales and build strong business relationships in the B2B segment. The role involves regular interaction with retail outlets, showrooms, OEMs, distributors, architects, and interior designers to promote premium European interior and architectural hardware solutions.
Success in this role requires excellent communication, proven sales acumen, and a strong industry network.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Visits
Conduct regular client visits to retail outlets, showrooms, OEMs, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client base.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing while addressing client concerns.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close deals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
2. Outstanding Payment Management
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
Work with finance to track receivables and improve cash flow.
3. Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaborate with internal teams to align with customer needs and market trends.
4. Market Research
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Share customer insights and feedback with management for product and strategy enhancement.
5. Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze data to identify improvement areas and boost sales performance.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Background in modular kitchens, laminates, or high-end interior fittings (preferred).
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
Strong professional network with retailers, OEMs, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
Ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term partnerships.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license with readiness for extensive travel in the territory.
