Roles
and Responsibilities

Sales
Leadership & Target Achievement

Manage and lead a team of 10+
Sales Officers
within the assigned area. Develop and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets for the region. Ensure each Sales Officer meets
their individual sales goals.

Field
Sales & Market Development

Conduct regular field visits
with team members to identify new business opportunities and expand
market reach. Support Sales Officers in
pitching VBOND products to retailers, distributors, and contractors. Drive market expansion by
identifying untapped areas and executing strategies to increase market
penetration.

Team
Management & Training

Provide ongoing training, coaching,
and mentorship
to Sales Officers to enhance their selling skills. Set clear performance metrics
and conduct regular reviews to track progress. Address challenges faced by the
team and provide solutions to improve sales effectiveness.

Customer
Relationship & Business Growth

Build and maintain strong
relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors
in the
assigned area. Act as the escalation point for
customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing teams
to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Sales
Reporting & Market Insights

Monitor daily, weekly, and
monthly
sales performance of the team. Analyze market trends,
competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Submit regular reports to
senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Qualifications
& Skills Required

Education: Minimum Graduation (any
discipline).

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of field sales experience , preferably
in construction or building materials, with at least 2 years in a leadership
role
.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team
management abilities. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze sales data
and develop actionable strategies. Proficiency in MS Office tools
(Excel, Word, etc.). Self-driven and
results-oriented mindset.

Requirements

Male candidates only. Personal two-wheeler (bike) is
mandatory.
Valid driving license. Willingness to travel
extensively
within the assigned territory.
