Job Description Job Role: Enterprises Sales Location: Noida Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B / Enterprise / SaaS Sales Salary Range: 25,00040,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts for the EV fleet and telematics division. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing high-value deals across fleet and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard fleet and enterprise clients. - Build and manage a sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth. - Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers. - Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for proposal and pitch support. - Achieve quarterly targets of 25L+ MRR additions. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS / mobility sales. - Strong understanding of fleet management or EV sector (preferred). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven record of closing large deals and managing key accounts.
