Job Description Job Title:Sales Executive Real Estate Location:Wakad , pune Job Type:Full-Time Department:Sales Reports To:Sales Manager About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and dynamicSales Executiveto join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential buyers, showcasing properties, and closing sales. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities : - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and schedule meetings or site visits. - Understand customer needs and provide guidance on suitable properties. - Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers. - Maintain a deep knowledge of available inventory and market trends. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. - Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company policies and goals. - Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations team to support sales efforts. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications & Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (1-3 years minimum). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client service. - Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (if applicable).
