What Will you do: - Connect with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase. - Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to generate new business opportunities. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjust recovery strategies accordingly. - Achieve or surpass sales targets. - Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management. - Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. - Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries. - Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates. Skills Required: - Persuasive Communication: Ability to engage and persuade customers to complete their purchases. - Data Analysis: Analyzing cart abandonment data to identify trends and optimize recovery strategies. - Sales Techniques: Expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and handling objections during customer interactions. - CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track recovery efforts. - E-Commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, and their recovery features. - Marketing Automation: Experience with tools for automating email, SMS, and outreach campaigns.
