Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in bringing new IT clients to the company and successfully selling our services to decision makers, including Vice Presidents and Managing Directors. The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Females are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry, focusing on key decision makers such as Vice Presidents and Managing Directors.
- Utilize networking, cold calling, and other techniques to generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the IT needs and challenges of prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate our company's IT services to clients, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the technical and marketing departments, to provide customized solutions and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in bringing new clients and selling IT services to decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Availability to travel as required to meet with clients
- Should be ready to work with staffing industry
