Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive (Alibaba.com Channel Partnered with ALDS) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team for the Alibaba.com channel partnered with ALDS. This role involves on-field sales and client servicing, where you will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing business relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients to onboard them onto the Alibaba.com platform. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, presentations, and closures. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service. - Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction with services. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. - Represent the company professionally in client interactions and networking activities. Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - 02 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-field client interactions. - Basic understanding of e-commerce and B2B platforms is an advantage.
