Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Support & Assistance Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for queries, complaints, and information requests. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or guidance. Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone while handling international customers. Document customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution. 2. Technical Support Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems related to products or services. Guide users step-by-step to resolve issues efficiently. Coordinate with the technical support team for complex problems. 3. Sales & Upselling (For Outbound Processes) Make outbound calls to prospective international customers. Pitch products, services, or solutions effectively in English. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company guidelines. Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services wherever possible. 4. Quality & Process Adherence Follow company scripts, procedures, and international BPO standards. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and client requirements. Maintain quality scores by adhering to call guidelines and performance metrics. 5. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with team leaders, supervisors, and other departments for smooth operations. Update customer records accurately in the database or CRM system.
