Job Description

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the South & West regions.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Head (South & West) should have:

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in Beverages.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels in the South & West regions.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
