We are seeking a proactive HR & Public Liaison Trainee who will bridge people operations and external communications, helping us manage internal HR functions while building strong relationships with clients, societies, and project stakeholders in the real estate redevelopment sector.

Role Overview

As an HR & Public Liaison Trainee, you will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while also coordinating with external parties to ensure smooth project communication and public representation. This role is ideal for candidates who are people-oriented, confident communicators, and eager to grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

- Assist in recruitment job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in training sessions, workshops, and team engagement activities

Public Liaison Functions:

- Act as a point of contact for societies, clients, and developers for project coordination
- Assist in organizing society meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare and maintain stakeholder communication records
- Support management in preparing proposals, reports, and event coordination

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Freshers and mid-level candidates welcome)
- 03 years of experience in HR, Client Relations, or Public Liaison roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (mandatory for client interaction)
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentable personality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings/events when required
- Candidates with prior exposure or background in the real estate sector will be given preference
