Location: On-site | Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in Project Management for New Development and Redevelopment Works. With a presence in India and Dubai, we provide integrated legal, architectural, structural, and financial consultancy for high-value projects in the real estate and infrastructure sector.

We are looking for a dynamic HR & Stakeholder Relations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resource management and client/community engagement within the real estate redevelopment sector.

Role Overview

The HR & Stakeholder Relations Intern will assist in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes, while also coordinating with external stakeholders such as clients, societies, and developers to ensure smooth communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and attendance
- Assist in organizing training sessions and team-building activities

Stakeholder Relations Functions:

- Coordinate society meetings, client interactions, and developer discussions with the project team
- Maintain records of stakeholder communications and meeting notes
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients
- Support the public relations team in managing external communications and follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Graduate / Final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English (mandatory for client interactions)
- Good interpersonal skills and presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings/events if required

Stipend & Benefits

- Stipend: 5,000 15,000/month (based on performance)
- Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon completion
- Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance
- Direct exposure to HR and stakeholder engagement in the real estate redevelopment sector.
