DIL's portfolio of services include:· Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, Entry Strategies· Specialized studies such as tenancy mapping, workplace strategy, marketing strategy, healthcare advisory, operational efficiency optimization, etc.· Financial Structuring, Privatization, Public-Private partnerships· Valuation exercises for portfolios/ single assets across real estate segments utilizing various methodologies – Direct Capitalization, Income Approach, Direct Comparison Approach, etc.  The above services are offered in the areas of IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Urban Infrastructure, Townships, Airport and MRT related real estate, Industrial Parks, SEZ's, Hospitals, Residential and Commercial projects, etc.

JOB PROFILE/REQUIREMENTSThe candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of real estate advisory projects under multiples domain's, along with managing existing client relationships and overseeing implementation of on-ground projects.5+ years of work experience in Consulting/Advisory services in the field of real estate Education background - MBA/ Planning/ Architecture Individuals having experience into project execution of mandates encompassing PPP, Demand Estimation, and Transaction & Deal Advisory.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, 'report' writing capabilities and sound knowledge of financial modeling.

Individuals have exeperience in assessing technical diligence of multiple land holding structures with various schemes under the UDCPR (and others) will be preferred.

Ability to cultivate new clients and manage existing ones across the private and public sectors.
