
Customer Experience Officer

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a domestic/international contact centre or service setup
- Provide customer support specific to general insurance
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Maintain service quality as per company standards
- Support captive contact centre processes
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Bachelor's Degree minimum required)
Experience:
- Overall 3+ years in domestic/international contact centre/service setup
- Minimum 1 year in general insurance customer support inbound calls
- 1+ year in captive inbound call experience
- 1+ year in outbound calling experience
