To be successful in this position, you must have a strong educational background with a Secondary School Certificate or higher.

With 6 months of experience in international BPO voice roles, preferably in retention, sales, or collections, you will be well-equipped to handle customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.

Our work schedule is designed to provide a healthy work-life balance, with 2 rotational week offs in a week and flexible shift timings between 6:30 pm to 3:30 am or 8:30 pm to 5:30 am.

As a valued employee, you can expect a competitive salary package, ranging from up to $35,000 non-collections to up to $38,000 with collections experience.
