Chief Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent premium customer experience.
- Monitor Turn Around Time (TAT) for resolution of customer complaints.
- Take ownership of critical organizational reputation influencing situations.
- Escalate real-time opportunities for error through internal escalation.
- Immediately connect with customers in case of thermal incidents.
- Interact professionally, courteously, and respectfully with customers to provide a consistent premium customer experience, building dealer after-sales loyalty.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage EV customer relationships for high-profile customers.
- Work on Intello poor feedback.
- Manage unscheduled visits from WH customers and address their concerns.
- Manage relationships with key clients, corporates, government customers, and fleet Field Support.
- Provide real-time field support on key concerns and handling approach.
- Monitor repeat escalations and discuss solutions.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and share insights across RBMs, ZBMs, and PVT Incidentology teams.
- Work closely with CX teams on ground.
- Receive real-time alerts on senior management escalations.
- Upgrade knowledge of EV products and services and provide inputs to sales, service capability teams.
- Connect with Product Planning, Marketing, Sales, Service, Technical teams, etc.
