About Tilt:

Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We're looking for a customer-obsessed, sociable Customer Experience Associate to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Handle customer calls daily — answering queries, solving issues, and making sure customers feel heard and valued.
  • Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with the team to improve products and service.
  • Support new user engagement by guiding first-time customers through their Tilt journey.
  • Help with retention efforts by following up with customers and building positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely resolution of all requests.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or telecalling, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus).
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers.
  • Basic familiarity with Excel/Sheets for tracking customer cases.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks daily.
  • Enthusiastic about Tilt's mission and comfortable representing the brand over the phone.

  • Salary – ₹15,000-20,000/month based on experience
  • Work from office in DN Nagar, Andheri West | 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
