To support the innovation and enhancement of Air cargo services by integrating market research, product design, and operational efficiency Key Accountabilities Product Development Support Contribute to the design, development and marketing of specialized cargo offerings such as perishables, pharmaceuticals, and express delivery services Ensure product concepts are aligned with customer needs, market demand, and Air Cargo’s strategic objectives. Operational Implementation Assist in managing and overseeing of product rollout activities, ensuring seamless operational integration across the cargo network. Coordinate with operations teams to establish efficient handling processes for specialized cargo categories. Market Analysis Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices for new products. Provide insights that inform product positioning, differentiation, and continuous innovation. Work closely with internal teams, including Key Account Management (KAM) and Operations, to tailor products to key accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. Performance Monitoring Help establish KPIs and develop systems to track the performance of new products, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including Key Account Management (KAM) and Operations, to tailor product solutions to key accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. Performance Monitoring Assist in defining KPIs and develop systems to track the performance of new products.
