Overview: As a Performance Specialist at AGEasy By Antara, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our brand through strategic advertising initiatives on the Amazon platform. Your expertise in campaign strategy, management, and performance analysis will be essential in maximizing our advertising ROI and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales on the Amazon platform.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns within the Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) platform to ensure maximum ROI and meet marketing goals.
- Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms, optimizing campaigns to improve product targeting and visibility.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets to allocate resources efficiently and achieve desired campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Marketplace Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in Amazon's advertising policies. Adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, product, and marketing to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, presenting findings to stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns, preferably within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and familiarity with other digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results and ROI.
