As a Performance Marketing Manager (D2C or FMCG), you will design, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for driving user growth and revenue by leveraging data-driven insights and optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Reports to: Director of Strategy

Key Responsibility

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across social, SEM, and display channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using quantitative data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to identify opportunities and optimize results.
  • Manage a monthly marketing budget of 1015 lakh, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, CPL, conversions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to test new strategies and ad formats.
  • Continuously improve campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to drive innovation.

Qualification & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in performance or paid media marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
