Job Description - Lead DEI for a leading insurer in India - Be part of the one top insurer's HR team in India Job Description . Develop and lead the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy aligned with business goals. . Design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. . Ensure DEI principles are embedded across talent acquisition, development, performance, and succession planning. . Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on DEI matters and cultural transformation. . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive practices. . Establish metrics and dashboards to measure progress on diversity goals. . Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and board-level committees. . Lead organization-wide DEI training, workshops, and awareness campaigns. . Promote inclusive leadership and unconscious bias mitigation across all levels. . Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships focused on DEI. . Benchmark best practices and bring innovation into the organization's DEI approach. The Successful Applicant . Master's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. . 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, DEI, or related leadership roles.
