Job Description · Develop and lead the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy aligned with business goals. · Design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. · Ensure DEI principles are embedded across talent acquisition, development, performance, and succession planning. · Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on DEI matters and cultural transformation. · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive practices. · Establish metrics and dashboards to measure progress on diversity goals. · Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and board-level committees. · Lead organization-wide DEI training, workshops, and awareness campaigns. · Promote inclusive leadership and unconscious bias mitigation across all levels. · Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships focused on DEI. · Benchmark best practices and bring innovation into the organization's DEI approach. The Successful Applicant · Master's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. · 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, DEI, or related leadership roles.
