Job Description Responsibilities / KPI's Agency Channel Development - Source POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy. - Develop the Agency Channel for the assigned location. - Coordinate with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing processes. - Conduct induction training and collaborate with the sales training team for product and ongoing POS training. - Maintain the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS. - Develop and execute strategies to reach various market segments. Agency Channel Management - Monitor agent performance across renewal/fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintain a high percentage of active POS agents. - Control attrition among POS agents. - Ensure high productivity of the team and POS agents with the right level of engagement and motivation. Channel Servicing - Reconcile partner accounts and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies. Profitability - Analyze market dynamics and provide feedback to enhance internal organizational strategies. - Manage loss ratios effectively. Compliance & Hygiene - Ensure compliance with external bodies and internal company regulations. - Manage cheque bounce recovery and address business pendency. - Perform additional tasks as per KPI and growth objectives.
