Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Customer Engagement Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Respond to messages, comments, and DMs promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Actively engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to build a strong online community. Manage customer escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive brand experience. Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve social media response rates. 2. Website Management & Product Updates Manage day-to-day website content, including adding, updating, and optimizing product listings. Coordinate with the design, content, and photography teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Ensure seamless user experience (UX) across desktop and mobile platforms. Monitor website performance, resolve errors, and ensure timely updates on offers, discounts, and new launches. 3. Online Customer Experience Provide personalized assistance to online shoppers via chat, email, and social media. Help customers with product details, size guidance, stock availability, and purchase decisions. Handle order tracking, exchange, and return-related queries. Work with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 4. Brand Representation & Promotions Collaborate with the marketing team to plan social media campaigns and seasonal promotions. Support influencer collaborations and digital marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent brand tone and visual aesthetics across all customer-facing platforms. 5. Reporting & Insights Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer engagement, website performance, and social media responsiveness. Provide insights on customer behavior, trending products, and feedback to improve brand strategies. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) for website updates. Familiarity with website CMS tools and online inventory management. Understanding of digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO basics. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
