Role Overview:           We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Marketing Associate to support our online marketing and lead generation efforts. You will be instrumental in increasing the online visibility of our property listings and brand.   Key Responsibilities :   1.Social Media Management & Content Support (SMM)   ·         Assist in scheduling and posting engaging content (photos, videos, property tours, market updates) across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). ·         Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and help manage online community engagement. ·         Support the team in creating high-quality visual assets using tools like Canva or basic video editing software.2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management ·         Write compelling, SEO-friendly property descriptions and blog content.·         Assist with basic on-page SEO tasks, including keyword research and metadata updates for new listings and website pages.·         Ensure all online property listings (on the company website and third-party portals) are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date. 3. Analytics, Reporting & Campaigns ·         Track and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.·         Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).·         Help maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by ensuring new leads are properly captured and categorized. 4.
